The 鈥淪tudio鈥 is fully equipped with brand new furniture and domestic appliances and holds a double bed as well as a double 鈥渃onvertible鈥 couch, telephone, cable TV, stereo, air conditioner (cold/hot), table and chairs for four people, closet and bookcase. The bathroom has a bathtub and bidet. The kitchen is spacious and can be used as a breakfast area. It holds a fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kitchenware for four people. The building is served by two elevators used by four apartments per floor which are separated into two different halls, therefore there are only two apartments per hall.
